How the service works
Step 1: Online appointment
Meet with Dr. Rosie via XX, our secure telehealth platform. After your consultation, you’ll receive a follow-up email summarising your plan, including product recommendations, medical notes and any prescriptions, if appropriate.
Step 2a: Your recommended products (non-prescription)
Shop the complete Alumier MD, Cellderma and Skinade ranges directly from our online store. SK-N will ship your recommended products, along with details for additional or alternative products available in stores and pharmacies. (Learn more about our shipping options here.)
Step 2b: Need a prescription? (Medical dermatology appointments only)
Dr. Rosie will email it either directly to you or a pharmacy of your choice. If your treatment requires blood monitoring*, she will write to your GP with her recommendations.
*While at this time blood tests are arranged through your GP, SK-N may introduce a direct blood-monitoring service in future – subject to demand.

Dr. Rosie is able to offer dermatology consultations for the following conditions:
- Acne
- Rosacea
- Eczema/Dermatitis
- Hives/urticaria
- Psoriasis
Please note that as an online-based service, we are unable to perform skin checks or offer opinions on individual skin lesions.
Prescriptions: Dr. Rosie can prescribe topical and *oral medicines. Where complex systemic treatments are required, SK-N will advise on how and where to access in-person assessment and care.
*Certain oral treatments must be monitored with blood tests to ensure they are prescribed safely. If blood monitoring is required, Dr Rosie will write to your GP with a management plan and recommendations for monitoring.
